me
For 8+ years, I have been representing innovative startups and top-tier VC funds throughout their lifecycle from formation to exits. I've worked at two venture-backed startups as their associate general counsel and Cooley, a big law firm synonymous with venture capital. In 2023, after leaving Cooley, I launched my law firm Lawlace.
My legal background has equipped me with a unique skill set and understanding of the intricacies of the startup ecosystem, which I am applying to help drive success and growth for forward-thinking companies.
