Kristina Subbotina is a startup lawyer turned founder on a mission to disrupt the $400 billion US legal market. The founder of Lexsy, she spent nearly a decade advising thousands of companies and top venture capital funds — at Cooley and as associate general counsel at two venture-backed startups — then left to build the legal platform she always wished existed. By making legal accessible in plain English on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube, she has grown a community of 100K+ entrepreneurs with 5M+ monthly views. She moved to the United States in 2014 to study law at USC, where she earned her LL.M. with honors.
